Self-care is not a luxury; it is a necessity for a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling life. Using an intuitive, holistic approach to focusing on mind, body, and spirit you will be guided through exploring inward and receive deep healing for your heart, mind, and soul.
Choosing inspiration and hope
Begin to live soulfully to your fullest potential. We give you the time and space you need to rest, renew, and deepen your souls journey. Each retreat is curated with yoga, art, meditation, and talking circles to help fortify your inner strength and bring peace and joy to your heart and soul.
Unified by a love for life
Experience Soul-Care through community, a sense of purpose, life giving activity, and service. It’s not just bubble baths and self-help books, it’s intentionally showing up in the world and in your life. Our retreats will help you know that you belong and help you begin something that gives you a sense of purpose beyond your day to day life. We will join you in doing something exhilarating, and being of service to each other. Show up as your whole self and find inspiration and connection.
Connecting through shared experience
Community care is our instinct. Our daily routine creates a shared experience that bonds and connects us across all differences. Our healing is our commitment to ourselves and the people we love. We do this work together because we are not meant to be solitary, we are meant to live and heal in community. In community we work together with and for each other, navigating through life’s challenges, growth, and celebrations. This is deep soul work that allows you the experience of witness consciousness as you are seen and known in both your vulnerable moments, and joyful triumphs.
